The stars are the first thing others see, so choose the number that fits your whole experience.
What do the stars mean?
- 1 star: Bad
- 2 stars: Poor
- 3 stars: Average
- 4 stars: Good
- 5 stars: Excellent
You need to choose a number of stars to continue. If you forget, it says: Choose a number of stars to continue.
How to choose
- Choose the number of stars that fits on the Rate step.
- Choose Continue.
You can always go back and change the number before you send. If you come from an invitation email or from the stars on a webshop, the number you clicked is already selected.
Stars and topics
If you choose topics such as Delivery or Price, we use the stars to show whether customers praise or criticise the topic. 4 and 5 stars count as praise, 3 as neutral and 1 and 2 as criticism. You can see this under What customers praise and criticise on the company's page.
How you affect the SaysScore
All public reviews count towards the company's SaysScore. Newer reviews weigh more than older ones. Whether the review is invited, unprompted or a verified purchase doesn't affect its weight, and whether the company pays for a plan doesn't affect the SaysScore either.
