Who can review?

Anyone with a genuine experience within the past 12 months. It requires an account with a verified email. You may not review your own company, your employer or a competitor.

  1. UnpromptedThe customer finds the company themselves and writes a review.
  2. InvitedThe company sends an invitation after the purchase. It must be sent to every customer.
  3. Verified purchaseThe purchase has been confirmed by the company with an order.

Payment never affects the score, the ranking in categories or which reviews are shown.
