Invitations are sent from TrustSays' mail server, but you decide which name the customer sees and where replies end up.

How to change it

  1. Open Settings in the dashboard and choose Invitations and sender. You can also choose Sender and design under Email templates on the Invitations page.
  2. Fill in Sender name, e.g. your shop name. If the field is empty, it shows your name followed by "via TrustSays".
  3. Fill in Reply-to email with the address that should receive customers' replies, e.g. customerservice@yourdomain.com.
  4. Choose Save changes.

The changes apply to all invitations and reminders sent after you've saved.

Why use reply-to?

Some customers reply directly to the email with a question or a complaint. With a reply-to address, the reply lands with you, so you can help the customer.

Send from your own domain

Emails are currently sent from TrustSays. The option to send from your own domain is marked Coming soon.

If it doesn't work

  • "Enter a valid email in Reply-to.": Check that the address is written correctly, e.g. without spaces.
  • "The changes weren't saved. Try again.": Try again shortly. If that doesn't help, contact us.
  • "Your role doesn't give access to this": Only the Owner and Admin roles can change the sender and reply-to. See Team and roles.
