If you're choosing between a few companies, you can see them side by side.
How to do it
- Search, or open a category. See Find a company.
- Choose Compare next to the companies you want to see. You can choose up to 3.
- At the bottom of the page you see Compare 2 of 3 and the selected companies.
- Choose Compare now once you've chosen at least 2.
Your selection is remembered while you move between searches and categories in the same tab. You can remove a company again in the bar at the bottom or in the comparison.
What you can compare
- SaysScore, which weighs newer reviews most.
- Number of reviews.
- Breakdown of stars, including the bad ones.
- Replies to negative: how many reviews with 1 and 2 stars from the past 90 days the company has replied to.
- Invites every customer.
- Verified company: whether the company has confirmed that it owns the profile.
- Latest review.
The best on each row is highlighted. Nobody can pay for a better position.
Good advice
- Look at the number of reviews. A score based on few reviews can change a lot.
- Read the newest negative reviews and the company's replies. They often say the most about what happens when something goes wrong.
- Don't compare a SaysScore directly with a score from Trustpilot. See SaysScore and other scores.
- Verified company only means the company owns the profile. It says nothing about how good it is.
If it doesn't work
- If Compare is grey, you've already chosen 3. Remove one first.
- If you can't choose Compare now, you've only chosen one company.
- If your selection disappears, it may be because you've opened a new tab or closed the browser.
